Lowtown Parent Council
What is the Parent Council?
The parent council are parent representatives from each year group that will meet on a termly basis for an hour. The role of the parent council is to feedback to the governing body what parents and carers at Lowtown Primary School are saying and if they have any issues for concern.
The parent council enables parents / carers to be consulted, learn more about the school and how they can be involved and ensures that parents / carers have a voice and influence within the school.
Kayleigh who works for the local authority as a voice and influence coordinator and is also a governor at Lowtown will feedback any issues and concerns that parents have to the school and governing body.
